St. Matthews
Our St. Matthews private dining room is located on the second floor and is accessible by elevator. This intimate dining room boasts a full bar with private bathroom. Seating can accommodate 10 to 28 diners for lunch or dinner. The versatile space is perfect for receptions, presentations, meetings or birthday parties and is equipped with wide screen TV, wireless internet access and audio playback. The room can be laid out with two large tables (for up to 28 guests) or in a series of 4, 6 or 8 tops.
Middletown
Our Middletown private dining room is located on the main floor separated by glass french doors. The versatile space is perfect for receptions, presentations, meetings or birthday parties. This private room has wireless internet access and a 75 inch HD TV with HDMI connectivity. Seating can accommodate up to 40 people comfortably and up to 40 for a more casual cocktail setting.
Seating can be arranged as 4 tops, 6 tops, 8 tops, 10 tops all the way up to 20 tops.

GRATUITY POLICY FOR OUR PRIVATE ROOMS
Our goal is to make our private space affordable in our St Matthews and Middletown locations while still caring for our servers. Sunday through Thursday, instead of a room fee or a food & drink minimum, we require a minimum gratuity agreement between Coals Artisan Pizza staff and our guests to book our private rooms. If a party has more than 28 guests, a second waiter is required. On Friday and Saturday nights in St Matthews and Middletown, we have a minimum gratuity along with food and drink minimums. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A THREE HOUR LIMIT FOR YOUR EVENT.
Sunday-Thursday Day & Evening ST MATTHEWS or MIDDLETOWN: A minimum gratuity of $100.00 will be added, or 20% of the final bill, whichever is greater. If your party is more than 28 guests, the minimum gratuity is $200.00 as we need to add another server.
Friday-Saturday Day ST MATTHEWS or MIDDLETOWN: A minimum gratuity of $100.00 will be added, or 20% of the final bill, whichever is greater. If your party is more than 28 guests, the minimum gratuity is $200.00 as we need to add another waiter. (Event must end by 5:00 pm)
Friday-Saturday Evenings ST MATTHEWS: A minimum gratuity of $150.00 will be added, or 20% of the final bill, whichever is greater. A minimum food and drink order of 400.00 is required. If you cannot meet the requirement, we can sell you a gift card for future dining. PAYMENT OF BILL ON ONE CHECK.
Friday-Saturday Evenings MIDDLETOWN: A minimum spend on food and drink of $600.00 will be required. A minimum gratuity of $150.00 will be added, or 20% of the final bill, whichever is greater. If your party is more than 28 guests, the minimum gratuity is $300.00 for two waiters or 20% of the final bill, whichever is greater. PAYMENT OF BILL ON ONE CHECK.

NOTE: If the party room is not necessary we can also handle groups in our dining room. With a simple reservation, we can eliminate the requirements for the ONE CHECK POLICY and the MINIMUM GRATUITY.
